Script-

There have always been two passions in my life when it comes to work. One is the theatre, and the other music.

As a young actor starting out, a drama coach said to me early on, " You have to make a choice". "You have to decide which way you are going because you're heading down the middle of the highway, and in the end nothing will really come to much". "So make a decision".
Well that I did, and it turned out rather well, taking me from a small basement theatre in San Diego, all the way to Broadway in New York. There were some stops along the way with Regional theatre, but the final destination was New York. The fact that I had arrived in that town, and within three weeks was asked to join one of the most prestigious theatre companies in the country, "A.P. Repertory Company", is still an amazement to me! It is something that I am quite honored to have been a part of.
After that, there was Lincoln Center and the George Abbott theatre, the national tour of Lion in Winter, and then on to television, and One Life To Live. Following this, I broke away and travelled through Europe, and at that time, behind the Iron Curtain, mostly to see and talk with fellow artists from all walks of life.
Next,  it was back to work, and that's when "Dark Shadows" came into my life. Who would have thought that after all these years, there would still be this interest in the show?  I am thrilled that it is so!
I have to say that even though I put my theatrical training and experience first, music was always close at hand.  When the moments were there, I would always pick up the guitar, listen to my Hank Williams, Hank Snow, Hoyt Axton, Sony Terry and Brownie McGee, and many more. Playing the guitar became a life raft for me, and in those times when everything seemed to be closing in, the guitar and how I played gave me a sure feeling of survival.

I love the theatre to this day, and music has become even bigger in my life with one CD already released, and plans to carve another are on the way.

I have been blessed both in life and career with wonderful friends, loving children, and now grand children oh god, and of course the ones that made it all happen, and keep me going along with other actors. I am speaking about the love and commitment from the fans. It could never have happened without you, and so, standing center stage, I humbly take a bow to all of you.
